Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you’ll be a key player in ensuring smooth daily operations, from managing employee relationships to handling financial tasks. You’ll play a vital role in helping us scale and succeed, with opportunities for continuous training and coaching to perfect your craft.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with QuickBooks and Service Titan (or equivalent CRM) is a must.
- Strong background in Human Resources, including onboarding and employee support.
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- A proactive mindset and the desire to grow with the company.
