Led by a second-generation plumber
Cody McLeod grew up around this trade and has spent twenty years in it. He started Utility Plumbing Services in 2022 to build the company he had always pictured working for.
In 2025 PHCC of California named him Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and he now serves as a director on the association’s state board. That keeps us in the room with the people setting the standard for plumbing in this state rather than reading about it afterward.

Our apprentices go through the four-year PHCC apprenticeship program. Everyone on the team also trains through Utility University, our in-house program, and that training does not stop once somebody is signed off.

Tankless units need descaling on a schedule, and Inland Empire water is hard on them. We flush the heat exchanger and look the unit over while we are in there.

Sediment settles in the bottom of a tank and forces the burner to work through it. A flush clears it out and buys the unit more years.
