It was founded by Cody McLeod — a second-generation plumber who grew up around the trade and built the company on a simple idea printed on every truck: make U the priority. Our story: traditional values, modern inspiration
Cody McLeod is a second-generation plumber, and it shows in how the company works — the old-school habits of honest pricing and doing the job right the first time, paired with the modern tools that make plumbing faster and less invasive. Where a previous generation guessed, Utility runs a camera. Where a stubborn clog once meant tearing into a wall, hydro jetting clears the line and a camera inspection confirms it. The Inland Empire keeps a plumber busy.
